Bob and Diane Massey, husband and wife, started the company in 1990 after selling an appliance installation business. Diane runs the office with the part-time help of her sister, Judy. Our son, Steve, trained with Bob for several years and then went out on his own in 2000. Now father and son are both service technicians in the field and also do the estimates on new doors. We have many loyal customers who have used us consistently over the years. They all seem to really like Bob and Steve and they appreciate the personal touch of the family business. The Massey family values honesty and integrity in our business dealings. We pride ourselves on providing good service to our customers, as we would like to keep them as customers for life. Since we are a family owned-and-operated business, perhaps a little information on our family would be of interest: We have five children, all grown and married. Four are daughters. Steve, who works in our business, is our only son. We have six little grandsons and four little granddaughters, all age seven and under. We are a really close Christian family that enjoys lots of fun times together.
